Due to the sensitive nature of paper we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds of any kind. We stand by our unique paper, but your satisfaction is our top priority. Please contact us with any questions before purchase via e-mail at hello@giftywrap.com.

Size: All rolls are 30" wide  by 72" long, single sided, printed on satin paper. 

Damages During Shipping
We are not responsible for any damage during shipping, however as a small business we always want to make sure our customers have the best experience possible. If something drastic occurred during shipping please reach out to us, we want to make sure you are all set for your special event.

Why No Returns?
Paper is a fun, amazing, unique but an unforgiving product. One small bend or rip and we have lost an entire product. The chances that between your best efforts to repackage the product and the extra shipping back to us, our product will be damaged. 

Paper is versatile, crafty, interesting but susceptible to greasy fingers, household smells, the elements...everything really. Even with the best intentions the probability a return will be damaged on its way back to us is extremely high.

As a newer small business we cannot afford the behind the scenes costs of returns. Did you know we are credit card companies charge extra fees for returns? The costs of the return shipping and re-listing would sink us.

Forever No Returns?
As we continue to in business, we hope to re-evaluate this policy. We want to offer you not only the best product, but the best customer service and we know that means that sometimes you will change your mind and need to return your purchase.
